About Post COVID Recovery

Although many people who have been infected by the coronavirus make a full recovery, other patients are sadly left with debilitating symptoms that can continue to impact their lives for weeks and months.

Common ongoing symptoms of what is now commonly referred to as ‘long COVID’ include breathing difficulties, fatigue, reduced muscle function and muscle and joint pain. Some patients also experience psychological and cognitive problems such as depression, anxiety and memory loss.

As we learn more about the virus, we know that there are also those of you who may be feeling anxious about the long-term impact of COVID-19 on your physical and mental health and these feelings of anxiety may be compounded among those who have other underlying conditions.

  • Difficulty walking, exercising or performing daily tasks at home
