The following are the rules, the details, and the appointments cost of your Health Recovery Programme:
1. The health recovery programme (natural medicine) has been developed by Dr Radek Lorecki for patients with chronic inflammatory disorders, metabolic syndrome, Lyme disease, diabetes - type II, autoimmune disorders, neurotoxicity, MS, etc.
2. Estimated programme length is (minimum) 36 months and is applied quarterly.
Actual programme length and results may vary.
3. I will not share my know-how with you.
I will restore your health by implementing my knowledge and clinical expertise.
4. Unless otherwise stated, the programme includes all supplements (excluding food) needed in the course of recovery; three telephone/Internet consultations a month (short 10-minute consult, you can phone me); unlimited contact via email; appointments, please see Appendix I for more details and remote programme supervision.
5. During this programme, the patient is obligated to file weekly progress reports via email or website as instructed.
Not following this obligation may cause the patient to be expelled from the programme at our sole discretion without refunding the payment.
6. Commitment is the most important element of health improvement. With some exceptions, a missed appointment generally indicates a lack of commitment. The same applies to not following directions, continuing a destructive lifestyle, etc.

Our programme consists of five steps that include…

During this phase, we will focus on the restoration of the gastrointestinal tract as well as its essential functions that include:

Patient Informed Consent Agreement
I agree that I receive kinesiology treatments, herbal medicine, naturopathy and related therapies by Dr Lorecki.
Treatment methods may include but are not limited to kinesiology, naturopathy, acupressure, massage and bodywork, cupping therapy, herbal medication, nutritional supplements, tissue salts, Bach flower remedies, heat therapy, physiotherapy, exercises, as well as lifestyle and nutrition counselling.
I have been informed that natural medicine is very safe, but it may have side effects, including bruising, numbness or tingling near the massaged area that may last a few days, and in rare cases dizziness.
Massage therapy is very safe but may lead to temporary muscle soreness, redness, or bruising.
Bruising is a common side effect of cupping.
The herbs and nutritional supplements used in Western herbalism are considered safe but may have potential side effects.
You may experience a Herxheimer Reaction; the Herxheimer response is a natural bodily process triggered by a greater prevalence of endotoxins. These harmful substances are released when harmful microorganisms and bacteria are destroyed or die off. As damaging bacteria are destroyed, they release previously contained endotoxins into the bloodstream.
I understand that some herbs may be toxic at large dosages.
I will notify Dr Lorecki immediately if I notice any unanticipated or unpleasant side effects associated with the consumption of herbal medicine or nutritional supplements.
I do not expect Radek Lorecki to be able to anticipate and explain all possible risks and complications of treatment, and I wish to rely on him to exercise judgment during the course of treatment to make decisions that are in my best interest, based upon the facts then known.
I understand that the clinical and medical staff may review my files, but all my records will be kept confidential and can only be released under my personal written consent or when required by law.
If I am unable to make a pre-scheduled appointment, I agree to cancel at least 24 hours in advance. I understand that failure to do so will result in my being charged the full amount of the treatment price. I also understand that if I am more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, the remainder of my slot may be given to another patient.
I understand that Dr Radek Lorecki has the right to refuse treatment to any patient at any time.
Reasons for refusal of treatment include rude behaviour or inappropriate conduct.
By voluntarily signing below, I show that I have read (or have had read to me) and understood this consent to treatment. I have been told about the risks and benefits of herbal medicine, naturopathy and related therapies and have had an opportunity to ask questions.
This consent for treatment form shall cover the entire course of treatment for my/ my child's present condition and for any future condition for which I seek treatment.
